In response to COVID-19, we have implemented some new protocols for visits. Below is an outline of what we are doing, so you will be prepared, should you need our help.
We are currently only accepting emergency or sick patients and puppy or kitten vaccines (initial series). Any other wellness needs can be addressed once the risks have been lowered. We will do our best to work with you on preventative medicines to postpone the need for coming into the clinic.
Please call or text the front desk at 602-277-1464 when you arrive to check in, then wait in your car with your pet until we contact you.
If you have any symptoms of illness or have been in contact with anyone exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.
If you have prescription refills, please call/text us when you arrive and we will get you checked out and bring the refill to your car. If your pet requires compounded medications, our preferred compounding pharmacy, Avrio, has delivery options for you.
Our goal is to continue to serve our community as long as we possibly can, hopefully without interruption. We deeply appreciate your cooperation in following our new procedures to keep all of us healthy.
